TEBANI SLADE
Tebani Slade is a fine art, street and documentary photographer based between Australia and Barcelona. A former graduate of the Queensland College of Art, she also holds a Masters of Distinction with the NZIPP.
Exhibited nationally and internationally, she has been recognised in awards and selected to show in group exhibitions such as Women Street Photographers Kuala Lumpur, and the up and coming Indian Photo Festival. She was a finalist in the Head On Photo Awards 2021, and recently took out first place in the Australian Mono Awards in the ‘Places’ category. And also got the opportunity to exhibit her work in the MIA Photo fair in Milan, 2022.
Photography has given Tebani great power and courage to travel, explore unseen sights and make connections with people she otherwise wouldn’t.
